Veg pulao is one pot dish which  rice and vegetables cook together with some  aromatic, spices and herbs 🌿 


               
                 Preparation time ⏲️ :- 10 min 
                 Cooking time        ⏲️  :-15 min
                  Serving.                       :- 2 people 

Ingredients of vegetables pulao:-

                   1:- Potato. -2.     
                   2:-onion  -1.       
                   3:-Carrot  -1.      
                   4:-radish.  -1.     
                   5:-Capsicum-1   
                   6:-pea                  
                   7:-tomato      :-1 
                   8:-cauliflower.   
                   9:- Coriander leaf
                  10:- Garam masala
                  11:-rice. 250g.         
                  12:- oil.                     
                  13 :-salt.                   




Method:-

First cut all veggies into cubes Wash veggies drained it

Wash rice and keep aside  

Hot oil in presser cooker tempering(tadka) with Garam masala ( jeera,Clove,green Cardonmon,black cardomon,Bay leaf) then add chopped onion and green chilli stir until onion turn soft Then add chopped vegetables 
Saute for 2 min add salt and  shimer then add Ginger Garlic paste saute when all veggies saute well then add rice stir and add chilli powder,Cumin powder,black paper powder,turmeric and Coriander powder stir for 1 min Then add luckwarm water adjust consistency  at the last add coriander leaf cover the lid and cook for 2 whistle 
Wait for open the lid and serve hot with pickle or salad





           [Note:- you can also add  beans ,paneer                              broccoli,dry fruits according to your choice      ]
