Chicken istu;-

Ingredients;-

Chicken 500g,
Onion medium size .4,
Tomatoes ,4
Green chilli,4 
Ginger paste 
Garlic paste 
Bay leaf 
Cinnamon stick 
Cumin 
Balck papper
Dry red chilli 
Cardomon
Clove
Salt
Oil

First Method;,



Take washed chicken in bowl add salt ,turmeric  , chilli powder,Cumin powder,black paper ,and Ginger,Garlic paste mix well then take a kadhai heat oil drop chicken into oil fry until both side until it turn golden separate chicken from oil ,fry all chicken then keep aside

Second method;


Heat oil in kadhai add  ,Clove,Cardonmon,Cumin, red chilli, Bay leaf , saute then add 4 chopped onion stir continuously until it get soft now Ginger Garlic paste
Saute for 1 min Then add tomatoes and salt according  to your taste saute for 2 min when it release oil add 

Then add fry chicken and green chilli stir continuously for 2 min Then add small amounts of water cover and cook for 5  ,then stir continuously  for 1 min it release oil 
Turn off flame Add coriander leaf and enjoy with bread or rice
