Hot and sour soup   1.Hot and sour soup(indo Chinese soup) 1.Ingredient Green beansy Carrot 🥕  Cabbage  Ginger  Garlic Green chilli Mushroom  🍄  Oil Celery Soy sauce  Salt Cornflour  Black paper Chilli sauce  Method; Take a pan turn on the flame add oil and Ginger Garlic and Mushroom  saute it until Mushroom turn into brown then add all choped veggies top it withh 2,3 Green chilli then add Celery cook the veggies for 2, 3 min ( don't overcook the veggies) Now add water about 4 cups let it boil for 2 min add coriander stick add Soy sauce, chilli sauce, vaniger,a pinch of salt (according to your taste )all flavor are set ,now we have mix 2 tsp Cornflour Black paper powder add water mix until smooth pour the mix into pan adjust consistency  For garnish top it with spring onion  Now your soup is ready serve it hot  (It is best for winter ) 2 .chicken soup Ingredients,  2tsp Cornflour  4 cups water Chicken beas...
