Hot and sour soup 


 1.Hot and sour soup(indo Chinese soup)

1.Ingredient
Green beansy
Carrot 🥕 
Cabbage 
Ginger 
Garlic
Green chilli
Mushroom  🍄 
Oil
Celery
Soy sauce 
Salt
Cornflour 
Black paper
Chilli sauce 

Method;

Take a pan turn on the flame add oil and Ginger Garlic and Mushroom  saute it until Mushroom turn into brown then add all choped veggies top it withh 2,3 Green chilli then add Celery cook the veggies for 2, 3 min ( don't overcook the veggies)
Now add water about 4 cups let it boil for 2 min add coriander stick add Soy sauce, chilli sauce, vaniger,a pinch of salt (according to your taste )all flavor are set ,now we have mix 2 tsp Cornflour Black paper powder add water mix until smooth pour the mix into pan adjust consistency 
For garnish top it with spring onion 
Now your soup is ready serve it hot 
(It is best for winter )

2 .chicken soup

Ingredients, 
2tsp Cornflour 
4 cups water
Chicken beast 250g
Carrot 🥕  cube
Ginger 
Garlic 
Black paper powder 
Ketchup
Soy sauce 
Chilli sauce 
White vaniger

Method;

Take a pan add 4 cups water then add chicken beast .Carrot cube ,Ginger,Garlic chopped turn on the flame bring it boil on high flame heat and reduce to low a low flame Cover and cook for 15 min ,transfer the chicken breast to a bowl and shared the chicken after shared the chicken  pour into same water ,now add Soy sauce,2 tsp chilli sauce ,2 tsp tomato ketchup mix all together and cook for 1 min on medium heat Now add now in a bowl mix Cornflour and water mix it well pour mix slowly and stir continuously stir and cook for 1 min on medium flame add salt according to your taste  at the last add spring onion and lemon ,serve it hot
