●Ingredients of egg biryani ●
To make egg biryani, you'll need the following ingredients:
- Basmati rice
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Chopped onions
- Chopped tomatoes
- Green chillies
- Garlic
- Ginger
-Curd
- Cumin powder
-coriander powder
-turmeric
- Ghee or oil
- Salt
-Clove
- cardamom
-black cardomon
-cinnamon stick
-Bay leaf
- Chopped fresh coriander
Instructions ¤
1. Soak the rice in cold water for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the ghee or oil in a large pan add garam masala let them sizzling and then add sliced onion and green chilli saute until golden brown
3. Add the ginger garlic paste saute for 1 min then add chopped tomatoes spices ,Curd and salt ,cover the pot with lid and cook for a few minutes.
Stir continuously until it oil release
4. Add the drained rice and mix well.
5. Add enough water to cover the rice by about 1 inch.
6. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
7. Add the hard-boiled eggs and cook for a further 5 minutes.
8. Garnish with the chopped fresh coriander and serve. Hot
