Chicken Biryani 

Biryani is a mixture if rice and chicken or meat it cook with  Lots of Indian spices ,and yogurt this dish is originating among muslim

Ingredients of chicken biryani;-

Chicken ,1 kg
Rice, 1 kg
Onion, 4 large size;
Curd ,300g
Tomatoes 
Green chilli
Coriander leaf
Pudina leaf
Red chilli powder
Cumin powder
Black paper powder 
Coriander powder 
Biryania masala

Garam masala

 Green cardomon
Black cardomon 
Cinnamon stick
Clove
Sahi jeera
Nutmeg 
Star anies 

For garnish;-

Brown onion
Coriander leaf
Green chilli
Pudina (mint)
Lemon

First method;-

Marinate chicken with Curd ,Ginger garlic paste ,lemon ,red chilli powder,Coriander powder,black paper  powder,Cumin powder ,Green chilli and salt mix all together leave it 2 hour or overnight in refrigerator 

Second method;-

Hot oil in khadhai add gram masala ,then add chopped onion saute until it turn brown, then add marinate chicken saute for 5 min , now add chopped tomatoes 🍅 saute cover and cook for 15 min in low flame after 15 min add biryani masala
Stir continuously until it release oil (biryani masala dal ke tabtak chlaiye jabtak oil chor de) then turn off flame



Third method;

In a pan add water Star anies,Cinnamon stick, cardomon,black cardomon,Clove,sahi jeera ,salt and green chilli ,let them boil  remove Garam masala then add washed rice, cook rice 90% then drained all water leave aside,


 

Four method;-

Layer rice and chicken topping with brown onion,green chilli, Coriander leaf ,pudina leaf and squeeze lemon juice 


Repeat same thing  , pour same milk and ghee
Cover cook( dam) in low flame for 5 to 10 min 


Biryani is ready enjoy with chutney and salad



Note :-  Soak rice at leat 30 min before cook.                          biryani
