Egg roll is made from wheat flour rotis and egg

Mixture egg roll contains variety of ingredients 

Such as ,minced vegetables,green

chutney,ketchup ,herbs and spices  that are wrapped 

Ingredients of egg roll recipe 

              Egg.                                            
              Wheat flour.                           
              Cabbage.                                  
              Onion.                                       
              Carrot.                                       
              Capsicum.                                 
              Green chilli.                             
              Green chutney.                       
              Ketchup.                                   
              Mayonnaise (optional)         
              Salt                                             
              Black paper.                             
              Chilli flacks.                             
               Lemon juice.                            


Instructions,

Make rotis from wheat flour dough ( keep aside )

Hot oil in a fry pan add sliced onion ,Carrot,green chilli saute then add sliced Capsicum and Cabbage saute for 1 min Then add salt ,Soya sauce ,ketchup , salt ,black paper ans chilli flacks  saute for 1 min keep aside 

In a bowl crack one egg add salt whisk well using fork
Add oil in fry pan drop egg  Mixture put cooked rotis over it add grease oil cook both side transfer in plate  egg side facing upward 
Spread mayonnaise and green chutney 
Now add saute vegetables  and ketchup and squeeze lemon juice roll it tightly make wrap 
Serve immediately enjoy hot
