Ingredients of Egg masala curry

                    Egg

                       Onion :- 2 medium chopped 

                       Tomatoes  :- 2  medium (purees)

                       Clove  :- 2

                       Cardonmon:-2

                       Cinnamon stick :-1inch

                       Bay leaf :- 1

                        Jerra 

                       Ginger paste :- 1/2 tsp

                       Garlic paste :- 1 tsp

                       Chilli powder :- 1 tsp

                       Turmeric powder:-1 tsp

                       Cumin powder:-1 tsp

                       Black paper powder:- 1/2 tsp

                        Salt ( as require)

                         Oil 


Instructions of egg curry :-

First boil egg for 10 min Then peel off and fry into oil  keep aside 

Hot oil in khadhai add all garam masla then add chopped onion  and green chilli stir until it turn brown then add Ginger Garlic paste saute 
Then add turmeric,red chilli powder,Cumin powder,black paper powder and salt saute for 1/2 min Then add tomatoes pure stir for 2 min 
Add small amount of water cook for 5 min after after that stir continuously until it oil release 
Then add fried egg and water adjust consistency shimar for 5 min At the garnish from fresh Coriander 

Serve with rice or chapati
