Ingredients of egg bhurji (scrambled egg)
1 :- egg :- 2
2:-onion :- 1 chopped
3:- tomato:-2 chopped
4:- Green chilli :-4
5:-Coriander leaf
6:- jeera
7:- oil
8:-salt
Now add freshly chopped Coriander leaf and mix well
Serve hot with bread or chapati
