[ Egg bhurji is a version of spiced scrambled egg .It is also know as Anda bhurji,egg bhurji contains very few calories and high in protein which cover your daily protein requirements

  Ingredients of egg bhurji (scrambled egg)

               1 :- egg :- 2

               2:-onion :- 1  chopped 

               3:- tomato:-2 chopped 

               4:- Green chilli :-4

               5:-Coriander leaf 

               6:- jeera

               7:- oil

               8:-salt

 Instructions;

Turn on flame , add two tsp oil in a fry pan let it hot tempering (tadka )with jeera (Cumin) then add chopped onion and green chilli stir continuously until onion turn into light brown
Then add chopped tomatoes and salt stir until tomato cook well almost 5 min  ,reduce heat to medium to low now add whisked egg to the pan
Stir the egg they get mixed with the mixture and scrambled 

Now add freshly chopped Coriander leaf and mix well 

Serve hot with bread or chapati
