Ingredients of boneless chicken pakoda-

Boneless chicken :- 250g 
Ginger paste :-          1 tsp
Garlic paste   :-          2 tsp
Lemon juice  :-          1 
Green chilli paste:-    1 tsp
Chilli powder :- 1 tsp
Turmeric.        :- 1 tsp
Black paper  :-  1/2 tsp
Cumin powder:- 1 tsp
Chickpea flour:- 2 tsp
Cornstarch.      :- 2 tsp
Salt.      (According to your taste)
Oil (as require)
Chat masala 
Garam masala powder 
Kadhi patta 
Egg :- 1



Instructions of chicken pakoda :-

Cut chicken breast into small pieces ( 1 inch )



In a bowl Take boneless chicken pieces first marinate with  salt ,lemon juice and Ginger Garlic paste mix and keep in refrigerator for 15 min 

Second marination, after 15 min  add chilli powder,turmeric,Cumin powder,black paper powder,gram flour (chickpea flour), Cornflour flour,egg ,garam masala and kadhi patta mix all ingredients well and keep for 1 or 2 hour In refrigerator

Hot oil in khadhai  drop chicken pieces into oil fry in medium  flame fry both side until it turn golden and cripsy ( make sure chicken pakoda cook well ) when chicken pakoda cook well separate from oil
