Bihari mutton
Ingredients.
Mutton, 1 kg
Onion ,500g
Gringer paste, 1tsp
Garlic paste ,3 tsp
1 onion paste
Red chilli powder ,1 tsp
Turmeric powder ,1 tsp
Cumin powder ,2 tsp
Black papper ,1/2 tsp
Coriander powder, 2tsp
Salt , according to your taste
Green Cardonmon ,4
Black Cardonmon,2
Clove,4
Cinnamon

Method;
First , cut onion into pieces and grind Ginger Garlic and onion into fine paste
hot oil in khadhai add all gram masala and dried red chilli let it sizzle now put onion pieces into hot oil saute until it turn golden add Ginger Garlic and onion paste saute for 1 min now add salt
red chilli powder,turmeric,Cumin powder,black papper and Coriander powder mix all spices and add a little water to prevent the spices from burning.
Cover the pot and let the mutton cook on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
Once the mutton is cooked, add some more water, if required. Stir continuously until gravy release oil
then add some water Simmer it for another 10 minutes until the gravy is thick and the oil separates from the gravy. Serve your delicious mutton curry with steamed rice or roti. Enjoy!
