Meetha pulao recipe(zarda recipe)

Ingredients;

Rice 200g;
Sugar,200g;
Ghee ,3tsp;
Clove; 2
Cardonmon,2;
Bay leaf,1
Food color,1/2 tsp;
Water 1 cup;
Cashew 
Almond
Coconut 
Pistachio 
Raisins 
Khoya (optional)

Method 1;-

Boiled rice almost 90%

Method 2 ;

In a khadhai heat 3 tsp ghee tempering with Clove ,Cardonmon,Bay leaf
Then add water ,sugar and food color to make sugar syrup for meetha pulao
Boil until it consistency ready


Then add 90% boiled rice ,



Dry fruit ,khoya and 1 tsp ghee saute cover and cook for 5 min in low flame


Then turn off flame 
Garnish with Dry fruits and khoya 
Serve hot and enjoy
