Fish Curry is one of the most popular dishes of Goa which is prepared by marinating the fish and then cooking it with many spices and tamarind puree. A dish you will absolutely love on your tastebuds.
Malabar matthi curry, also known as fish curry, is an Indian also Goan dish , it cook in  traditional ways with Lots of  Indian spices 

Fish provide all acide,fatty acide,vitamine , mineral and proteins , fish is good for early developedment  physically and mentally  both

Fish curry

Ingredients,

Mustard seeds; 1 tsp
Funnel seeds ; 1/4tsp
Garlic ,3 tsp
Onion , 1 medium
Turmeric powder,1 tsp
Chilli powder ; 2tsp
Cumin powder; 1 tsp
Black papper ; 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder ; 2 tsp
Green chilli ,4
Salt ; according to your taste
Oil (as require)
Tomato 🍅  2 medium 

First Method;

In a bowl Take washed fish add salt ,turmeric,chilli powder mix it , heat oil in big khadhai drop fish one by one,deep  fry both side when fish completely fry separate from oil , fry all remain fish and keep aside;

Second method;

Make fine paste of Garlic ,onion and Mustard seeds

Third method;

Heat oil in big khadhai add Mustard seeds and methi for tempering (tadka) then add garlic onion and Mustard seeds paste Saute for 1 min Then add turmeric,chilli powder,Cumin powder,black papper powder and Coriander powder stir pour water 

let them cook for 1 min Then add tomatoes 
Salt cover and cook 20 min (stir occasionally)when required and some water after 

20 min stir continuously until it release oil from spices 



Then add water adjust consistency (gravy) let it  boil


 drop fish fry fish topping with Coriander leaf cover and shimer for 5 min  


Serve hot or chill

Enjoy with plain rice or chapati
