1.Chicken Tikka 🐔 

Ingredient 

Chicken 1kg
Curd ;250 g
Lemon 1
Ginger,1 tsp
Garlic ,2 tsp
Green chilli paste ,2 tsp
Red chilli powder,1tsp
Cumin powder
Black paper
Chicken Tikka masala
Chat masala
Salt 🧂 
Garam masala
Onion cube 
Bell paper
Butter

Method;

Take a bowl add chicken,Curd,lemon juice ,salt,Ginger Garlic and green chilli paste rest them in refrigerator for whole night  after that that then add red chilli powder Cumin powder Black paper Chicken Tikka masala  Chat masala and Garam masala mix all ingredients very well then rest them for 30 min Then  add all veggies 
Then arrange prepare coal fire for roast chicken 
Take a skewer put marinated chicken along with onion cube and bell paper put them alternately

 put them skewer in coal fire grill chicken for 15 to 20 min  roated skewer  so as to cook from all the end grease butter it ill Take more time to cook 
When it cook well 

Enjoy  with green chutney onion and lemon 



2. Chicken sandwhich

Ingredients;
Bread
Mayo
Chickens breast 
Chilli flacks 
Salt

Ghee or butter

Cucumber 
Tomato 
Onion

Method;

Take a pan boil the chicken and shread the chicken 
Take two Bread slice spread mayonnaise add slice onion ],tomato ,Cucumber and chicken pieces then sprinkle some chilli flacks and paper and top it some mayonnaise top with slice of Bread ,Take pan turn on the flame add Ghee or butter toast the sandwhich both of side and enjoy with ketchup

3 .chicken popcorn;

Ingredients;
Chicken breast 250g 
Ginger 
Garlic
Green chilli
Chilli flacks
Paper
Turmeric 
Cornflour 
Salt
All purpose flour 
Egg 
Lemon

Method;

Wash chicken breast and cut into small pieces ,marinate ,chicken with ,Ginger Garlic , Green chilli paste .Salt,lemon,Black paper ,egg ,Cornflour ,white paper,turmeric mix it very well,Take a another bowl add all purpose flour,corn flour ,chilli flacks Black paper,white,paper Salt coat chicken pieces remove into a plate

Take a pan heat the oil for deep fry coated chicken drop one by one into hot oil fry 3,4 min on medium  heat fry till golden transfer into plate and serve
